Mark J. Palmiere

Mark J. Palmiere focuses his law practice on Social Security Disability law. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of law and has been admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York since 1993. Mark also has a B.A. in History from St. John Fisher College. Mark proudly comes from a long line of attorneys in the family, including two older brothers and his father Norman, a prominent trial attorney and highly respected member of the bar for almost 50 years. His father has been Mark’s greatest inspiration because he always represented his clients with passion and respect.

Mark believes in strong personal contact with each of his clients and also believes each client deserves to be treated with dignity and respect throughout his representation. Mark has always been involved in his community: specifically, he has served on several little league baseball boards and high school football booster clubs. He has a great love for outdoor sports, including golf, skiing, jogging, and hiking. Mark has been married to his wife Gena for 30 years and together they have raised 4 wonderful children. Mark and Gena proudly welcomed their first grandchild, Luca Mark into the family in 2016.
