Annual cost-of-living adjustments, commonly known as COLAs, continue to play an important role in
SSDI benefits. These adjustments are designed to help benefits keep pace with inflation and rising living
expenses. SSDI recipients receive the same annual COLA applied to other Social Security beneficiaries
when one is authorized.
No additional SSDI-specific increase beyond the regular COLA has been announced.
